2016 Summary of Art

Hope everyone is having a nice holiday! I feel like I can breathe now that Christmas is passed, I almost don't know what to do with all this free time that isn't taken up by frantically wrapping gifts and shopping in a confused daze. Lmao.

I haven't done one of these smaller-scale ones in a while, I typically just update my big year-spread improvement meme (which I still need to do!!) 
But it felt like this could be a good year to do something like this. Been finding a lot of soft inspiration in unlikely places lately, and a walk down memory lane really helps put things into perspective sometimes. Makes me a little less afraid of the future, even if it's just for a little while. I tried to pick work based on how ambitious it was, and how it made me feel as a whole- Even though the bulk of them were character illustrations, I'm happy to say I had to choose between at least two for most of the months this year- I have a lot of drawings I enjoyed doing! I hope I can do even more ambitious things next year...
